A thoroughly pleasant, straightforward company to deal with

I don't write many reviews but having recently used Connolly Motors I feel compelled to do so. My Son's car (a VW Golf) recently needed an MOT and an annual service (normally undertaken by a VW main agent). Deterred not only by price but also by the quality of the main dealer service last time, I decided to look for another garage to carry out the work. I was recommended to try Connolly Motors by a friend and am 100% satisfied with the job. My initial telephone enquiry was handled politely and efficiently, the work was carried out in a timely manner with a full explanation of what needed doing and the cost was considerably less than that from a main dealer. On checking the work carried out (a basic service) it was clear that far more attention to detail had been paid to the car than I had previously experienced and to cap it all the car was returned having been properly washed and cleaned. In all a thoroughly pleasant, straightforward company to deal with and one which I will undoubtedly use again.
